Copmanthorpe - Long Marston - Tockwith - Wighill - Copmanthorpe

A ride of just over 20 miles over the historic Marston Moor and along the Rudgate Roman Road.

1. Leave the village centre on School Lane and Manor Heath. 
2. Go right at the flyover and take the first exit on the roundabout.
3. Take the left turn to Askham Richard at the bottom of the hill.
4. After a mile take the right turn to Askham Richard.
5. Follow this road for 2 miles.
6. At Long Marston cross over the York - Wetherby road onto the road to Tockwith.
7. Go through Tockwith and after a mile turn left at a cross roads.
8. Follow the Roman Road, for 3½ miles again crossing the York - Wetherby road. 
9. At the cross roads, go left to Wighill.
10. At Wighill take a left.
11. Follow the road for 5 miles when you will return to the T junction at the rear of the college.
12. Turn right and retrace your route back to the village centre.
