Copmanthorpe - Healaugh - Catterton - Bilbrough - Copmanthorpe

A 10 mile loop along quiet, gently rolling roads.

1. Take School Lane and Manor Heath all the way up to the flyover junction.  Take a right turn and over the A64 and leave on the roundabout on the first exit (to Askham Bryan).
2. At the bottom turn left following the sign for Askham Richard.
3. Contiue for 4 miles to Healaugh.
4. Sharp left turn to Catterton, through Catterton.
5. Through Bilbrough, at the T junction turn left down to the Buckles Inn. 
6. Join the A64 cycle path towards York.
7. When you reach the flyover junction re-trace your path back to the village centre.
